“All I can say is that everything I did, I did it with my heart and by giving the best of myself. Unfortunately fairytales end, and NOT always by your own choice.
“A beautiful story ends, one which will always remain in my heart. I thank all my former teammates, Coaches, and directors who accompanied me in this beautiful reality.
“I thank the fans with so much affection, and remember every single moment we went through together. Now a new adventure begins, and I’m happy about that. I’ll give my all as I’ve always done.
