The Japan international revealed last week that he turned down an offer from Manchester United over the January transfer window.
The 29-year-old’s current deal is set to expire at the end of the season.
“We are in contract talks with Inter for Yuto’s renewal and the plan at this moment is to stay,” Roberto Tukuda told Tuttomercatoweb.
