Vangelis Moras has left the Hellas Verona training camp to help look after his brother.
The club released a statement on Friday evening confirming the Greek international defender has left the Racines camp by mutual consent.
It’s believed he has gone to Greece in order to help his brother Dimitris.
Moras was a bone marrow donor for his brother, who is suffering from leukaemia, a year ago in Australia.
The Greek international revealed his brother has returned to his homeland, but the financial crisis is causing further problems.

“We were meant to pay the money to the clinic where he is having treatment, but with the banks in this state and the ban on taking money out, it was not possible to pay,” he told Il Corriere del Veneto newspaper earlier this month.
