The agent of Real Madrid midfielder Luka Modric has rubbished rumours that his client could join Inter.
Reports on Friday suggested that the Croatian playmaker was being target by the Nerazzurri.
But his representative has insisted that those stories are false, despite his friendship with Mateo Kovacic.
“Luka will stay at Real Madrid. I don't think there is any chance that we can see him in a different shirt in the next few years,” Mario Mamic told Tutto Mercato Web.
“Would he say no to Inter to stay at Real? I think so. Even if Inter are a good side, Luka wants to stay at Real.
“I know they have a good relationship, they're friends. But, at best, they could only play together in the national side.
“That's because Luka wants to only play for Real Madrid and there isn't the slightest chance that he will leave.”
