Antonio Mirante is undergoing his medicals ahead of a free move to Milan.
The former Roma goalkeeper is drafted in following Mike Maignan’s injury.
The Frenchman needs surgery on his wrist and is expected to remain out of action for at least two months.
Mirante has already begun his medicals with the Rossoneri in the Columbus clinic in Milan.
He will sign a one-year deal with the Rossoneri with an option to extend for a further season.
The 38-year-old spent three seasons at Roma before the expiration of his contract last summer.
He has 368 appearances in Serie A, where he’s kept 114 clean sheets.
