Tommaso Ghirardi says that Milan only wanted to loan Jonathan Biabiany until the end of the season, where Parma were looking for a sale.
The two clubs had been locked in talks regarding the 25-year-old French winger but negotiations seem to have ended amid speculation of failure to agree terms, and Riccardo Saponara turning down a move to the Ducali as part of it.
“Milan only want to loan him,” Ghirardi told Sportsmediaset in Milan after talks with Adriano Galliani.
“But we want a definite outcome one way or the other.”
“We are honoured that Milan are interested in one of our very important players, but we will not accept this proposal.
“Will Milan come back in with an offer? I do not think that they will. Discussions are closed.”
