It is reported that Milan are preparing an ambitious offer to Chelsea for Juan Cuadrado.
The Colombian has recently returned to London following a spell on loan with Juventus, with new Blues manager Antonio Conte having recently stated his desire to retain the 28-year-old.
However, according to Evening Standard, this will not stop Rossoneri CEO Adriano Galliani from flying to England next week to present the Premier League side with an offer.

However, according to Evening Standard, this will not stop Rossoneri CEO Adriano Galliani from flying to England next week to present the Premier League side with an offer.
According to the report, the San Siro club would offer to pay €10m up-front for an initial season-long loan. They would then give the Blues a further €18m for Cuadrado’s permanent signature.
Milan’s transfer window thus far has been severely hampered by ongoing uncertainty surrounding the club’s ownership situation.
It appears that in order for Coach Vincenzo Montella to bring in any recruits, he will either have to sell-to-buy or hope that President Silvio Berlusconi dips into his pocket while talks over his sale of the Rossoneri are still ongoing.
