Milan winger Alexis Saelemaekers has suffered an injury and returns from international duty with Belgium.
The 21-year-old former Anderlecht player was called up for the three games against Switzerland, England and Denmark, but the Red Devils announced he has returned to Italy.
“Because of injury Saelemaekers, Leandro Trossard and Henrik van Crombrugge returned to their clubs,” Belgium wrote in a statement.
“Thomas Kaminski joins the team.”

Saelemaekers joined Milan on loan in January 2020 and later signed a permanent deal with the Diavolo.
He played his first and only match for Belgium in October 2020, havin impressed in his 26 competitive games since joining the Rossoneri.
