Milan President Paolo Scaroni and Inter director Alessandro Antonello attended a meeting with Milano’s Major Beppe Sala to discuss the future of San Siro and the clubs’ plans for their new stadiums.

Sala met Scaroni and Antonello this morning. According to MilanPress, the summit lasted less than one hour and involved WeBuild, the company that will oversee the refurbishment of the Stadio Meazza.

Scaroni and Antonello seemed in a good mood after the meeting but did not reply to reporters asking for updates.

Both Milan and Inter are unconvinced by Sala’s plan to refurbish San Siro and appear willing to build club-owned stadiums at Rozzano (Inter) and San Donato (Milan).
