Milan are rumoured to be preparing a €5m offer for Heerenveen’s Icelandic international hitman Alfred Finnbogason.

According to CalcioNews24, the striker was proposed to the Rossoneri by current Heerenveen manager Marco Van Basten.

The 24-year-old joined the Dutch club in August 2012 and scored a remarkable 24 goals in 31 Eredivisie games this season.
