Mario Balotelli and Alex have been handed a one-day ban after Milan – Carpi, and both clubs have been fined.
The Lega Serie A released the disciplinary rulings for the midweek games of Week 34.
It was a considerably short list, with only Balotelli and Alex being suspended, for a total of one day each. In both cases the ban is due to an accumulation of five yellow cards.
Milan and Carpi were also banned €3000 each for delaying the kick-off of the game by about four minutes.
