Mbaye out of Hernanes deal

Inter and Lazio will need to find a new agreement for Hernanes, as Ibrahima Mbaye’s agent confirms he is not included in negotiations.

The 19-year-old defender, who is currently on loan at Livorno, had been speculated as part of the Nerazzurri’s bid to sign the Aquile’s Brazilian playmaker.

However, Mbaye’s representative has today indicated that he is not to be included in the potential transfer for the €20m rated Hernanes.

“These things happen in the market and if Inter have taken him off the market then it is because they like him,” Beppe Accardi has told Tuttomercatoweb.

“Lazio had placed him as an important condition in Hernanes’ transfer. Ibra remains at Livorno, he will continue to grow and in the future we shall see what happens.

“We would have been happy in any case.”

Inter are seen as eager to negotiate a deal involving players or other terms with Lazio, as a cash payment for Hernanes is seen as difficult.
