The Champions League quarter-final kicks off in Lisbon on Wednesday at 20.00 UK time (19.00 GMT).
Mbappé had originally been ruled out of this clash after badly spraining his ankle during the Coupe de France Final against Saint-Etienne on July 24.
However, he was named in the squad travelling to Portugal for the Champions League Final Eight tournament.

Training began in Faro yesterday, with the temperature proving too hot for morning sessions, so they have been doing their work in the evenings.
Reports from the camp claim Mbappé participated in part of the training session today, missing the middle section, but returning to work with his teammates at the end.
This is the first time he has trained with the others since the injury.
Marco Verratti is still out of action and very unlikely to feature against Atalanta on August 12.
Meanwhile, coach Thomas Tuchel has been provided with a golf buggy to get around after he was spotted on crutches yesterday.
The tactician sprained his ankle and fractured the fifth metatarsal bone in his foot.
