Given Juve’s interest in Mirko Vucinic, it didn’t take long for rumours of a possible swap deal to emerge.
“It’s nice to know that a club like Roma rate me,” the midfielder told La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“However, I haven’t had any contact with them and I only recently extended my contract at Juventus.”
Turin-born Marchisio, 25, is a product of the Juve youth system.
In May, he signed a new deal at the club until June 2016 which saw his salary increase to €2.5m a season.
