Eliaquim Mangala will ask Manchester City to let him leave on loan with option to buy to Inter, claim Sky Sport Italia.
The 26-year-old centre-back reportedly agreed personal terms with the Nerazzurri several weeks ago, but City only want to sell outright.
They paid €30.5m to sign Mangala from FC Porto in 2014 and loaned him to Valencia last season.
According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Mangala will meet with Manchester City directors on Wednesday and try to push through the move to Inter.
