Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini insists that Mario Balotelli has the quality to be one of the world’s best.
The Italian international has scored 17 goals in 29 appearances for City this season, but he continues to make the headlines for his comportment on and off the pitch.
“If Balotelli is not one of the best players in the world then it will be his fault, because he has everything,” the former Inter boss noted.

“Mario can be one of the top players in Europe. I don’t want him to lose his talent.”
Mancini, however, has admitted that he’s been left frustrated at times by the imposing 21-year-old attacker.
“I told him that if he played with me 10 years ago I would have maybe punched him in the head on a daily basis,” Mancio joked.
“I don’t speak with him every day, otherwise I would need a psychologist, but I speak with him because I don’t want him to lose his quality.
“There are different ways to help a guy like Mario.”
The former Sampdoria and Lazio player also feels that Balotelli is treated differently to others in the game.
“There are some people who think bad things against other people, like Mario,” Mancini argued. “Every time Mario does something it is like a war…
