Kuzmanovic started just 10 League games last term, and it seems that Walter Mazzarri has deemed the playmaker surplus to requirements.
A number of clubs all over Europe are reportedly interested, but Sport Mediaset claim that the Andalusian side are keen to bring him to La Rosaleda.
A bid of around €6m is expected within the next two weeks.
