The agent of Napoli full back Christian Maggio believes there is still a chance his client could be at San Paolo next season.
Italian international Maggio’s contract expires in just over two months and no renewal has been agreed, but agent Massimo Briaschi thinks an agreement is still possible.
“A renewal is still possible and we are in contact with the club,” Briaschi told Kiss Kiss Napoli.
“Over the next few weeks there must be some progress. There are some requirements, but we will see what happens.”

The full back, 33, is a long-standing servant of the Partenopei having arrived in 2008 and clocked up 196 appearances.
He has featured regularly for the Vesuviani this season under Rafa Benitez, making 32 appearances in all competitions and even donning the captain’s armband seven times.
