Names on the list include Etrit Berisha, Santiago Gentiletti, Eddy Onazi and Marco Parolo, says the newspaper.
However, the club’s biggest sale could be Antonio Candreva, who Lotito won’t allow to leave Rome for less than €35m.
The outlet believes that the Aquile chief is hoping a good showing from the winger at Euro 2016 would allow him to demand a high price in the market.
