“In the first game, we conceded four in a match where we played well against Inter,” Liverani told Sky Sport Italia. “For a coach, it’s nice to see the team develop in this way.
“The second half is showing this. I was hoping for it and I’m happy, but we haven’t done anything yet.”
Ahead of this weekend’s match against bottom-placed SPAL, the Salentini are currently 17th in the table and three points above the relegation zone.
