Line-ups: Inter spring surprises

Wesley Sneijder and Andrea Ranocchia are surprisingly fit to start tonight's Coppa Italia Final between Inter and Palermo.

The final game in the Italian football calendar kicks off at 20.00 UK time, hosted by the Stadio Olimpico in Rome.

Leonardo and the media had suggested Sneijder and Ranocchia would only be fit enough for the bench, but both are in the starting XI.

Douglas Maicon sits out a ban, so Yuto Nagatomo moves to right-back with Cristian Chivu on the left and Javier Zanetti pushed into midfield.

Diego Milito is on the bench, as Giampaolo Pazzini and Samuel Eto'o lead the attack.

Palermo have never won the Coppa Italia and only ever reached the Final twice in the 1970s, while it will be the last game for Delio Rossi, Fabrizio Miccoli and possibly Javier Pastore.

The suspended Armin Bacinovic and Cesare Bovo are replaced by Afriyie Acquah and Ezequiel Munoz.

Miccoli is only on the bench, as Pastore and Josip Ilicic support lone centre-forward Abel Hernandez.
