The Rossoneri’s only remaining target for this season is Europa League qualification, but that looks increasingly difficult with Parma beating Napoli last night.

Coach Clarence Seedorf has decided to go for Pazzini leading the attack, supported by Keisuke Honda, Ricky Kaka and Adel Taarabt.

Balotelli has been suffering from a cold over the last couple of days and is therefore not risked from the start, while Andrea Poli and Andrea Barzagli are not 100 per cent fit after their injury lay-offs.

Riccardo Montolivo returns to start with Nigel De Jong in midfield, as Michael Essien, Sulley Muntari, Mattia De Sciglio and Stephan El Shaarawy are sidelined.

Genoa have a few ex-Milan players in their squad, from Alberto Gilardino to Luca Antonini, while Giuseppe Sculli and Yoannis Fetfatzidis complete the trident attack.

Mattia Perin will be eager to impress, as he has repeatedly been linked with a summer move to San Siro.
