Milan fans unfurled a banner calling for M’Baye Niang to leave the club during tonight’s match with Cagliari.
The forward has recently rejected a move to Russian club Spartak Moscow and is instead reported to prefer a switch to Torino.
He has caused anger amongst Milan supporters in recent days due to his decision to sign off from club duties for a 10-day period, citing stress-related issues.
“In a renewed Milan there is no space for anyone who is stressed,” the banner read. “Leave, Niang.”

The Frenchman has been at the San Siro club since 2012 but has been caught up in a series of off-field controversies during his time with the Rossoneri.
After falling out of favour under Milan boss Vincenzo Montella, the 22-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at English Premier League side Watford.
He returned to his parent club during the summer, but his future is yet to be resolved despite him clearly being surplus to requirements at his current team.
Toro are rumoured to be interested in Niang, but as of yet they have not matched Spartak's offer for the forward's services.
