Aquile captain Biglia is widely reported to be on the way out of the capital club this summer, with Juve and Inter among the teams believed to be interested.
Sky Sport Italia reports that the Bianconeri are ready to step up their interest in the playmaker, but Lazio owner Claudio Lotito values him at €20m.
However, the outlet suggests that Lotito could propose a part-exchange deal that would involve Berardi joining the Biancocelesti on a two-year loan.
The Italy Under-21 international currently plays for Sassuolo but is believed to be close to joining Juve this summer.
Should such a deal go ahead, Lazio would have a ready-made replacement for Antonio Candreva if the winger leaves.
