It is reported this morning that Paris Saint-Germain have beaten Inter to the punch by securing a deal for Napoli star Ezequiel Lavezzi.

The fan favourite is rumoured to be on the way out if the Partenopei fail to qualify for the Champions League.

Inter have been heavily linked with the Argentine, but are unwilling to pay the €31m buy-out clause on his contract in pure cash terms, aiming to include players as part of an exchange deal.

However, according to Tuttosport PSG have stumped up the money and agreed terms with Lavezzi too for a five-year contract worth €5m per season plus performance-related bonuses.

There are even suggestions the deal includes eight return flights for two from Paris to Buenos Aires and a contract for girlfriend Yanina to work as a model in haute couture.

The Turin-based newspaper claims Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis confessed the imminent transfer to friends.
