“Of course, there are meetings and offers, but that’s it. I am a Racing player and want to do my best for Racing. Everything will become clear the day there is something concrete.
“As of today, there is nothing concrete about it.”
This clashes with what Racing President Victor Blanco said only a couple of weeks ago.
“The sale of Lautaro Martinez will be definitively concluded within a month. Our club will get 10 per cent of his future resale value. So if Inter set his release clause at $150m, we’d get $15m.”
