However, the Vesuviani are also thinking about a bid for Klaassen’s teammate Riechedly Bazoer, a highly rated 19-year-old who has also been linked with Roma.
Mexico midfielder Herrera was targeted by Rafa Benitez while he was at Napoli and the Azzurri could return for the 26-year-old, says the report.
Herrera has scored nine goals in 28 league appearances this season despite Porto’s struggles.
