The Rossoneri will travel to Turin looking to avenge a 1-0 defeat at San Siro in September, and the match will now take place at 19.45 GMT on Saturday February 7.
Elsewhere, Roma’s Week 20 trip to Fiorentina will now be the Sunday night game, with Lazio-Milan moved to Saturday night in the same round of fixtures.
