Goalkeeper Buffon, now 34, is set to be handed a new deal until 2016, although he will be asked to take a cut to his current €6m a season salary.
Barzagli, meanwhile, has already agreed in principle to continue his career in Turin. All that is missing is a signature on an extension until 2014 for the centre-back.
Left-sided player De Ceglie, a product of the club’s youth system, will soon start negotiations about his future.
The former Italian Under-21 international has been linked with both Milan and Roma in the past, but La Signora are considering offering him improved terms until 2016.
