Juve to loan out Masi?

Juventus are allegedly contemplating letting promising defender Alberto Masi go out on loan.

The Bianconeri bought a half share in the 19-year-old centre-back from Pro Vercelli just six weeks ago, but were so impressed with his contribution in pre-season they bought the other half yesterday.

With Lucio, Leonardo Bonucci and Giorgio Chiellini for competition however, Juve are now pondering sending the former Sampdoria kid out on loan, according to Tuttomercatoweb.

Genoa are one possible destination, but a host of Serie B sides are also said to be interested, with former employers Pro Vercelli – who Masi helped get promoted into the division – unsurprisingly at the head of the queue.
