Verona midfielder Bosko Jankovic has undergone surgery on a fractured ankle.
The club released a statement this afternoon confirming Jankovic had gone under the knife to correct a lateral malleolus fracture in his right leg.
The operation was a success and over the next few days he will begin the rehabilitation process.
