Italy will be out to extend a 13-year unbeaten run when they kick off their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign against Finland on Saturday.
Italy’s last defeat in European Championship qualifying came all the way back in September 2006, when they lost 3-1 to France, the country they beat to win the World Cup three months prior.
Since then the Azzurri have gone 30 qualifiers without a loss, spanning the remainder of Euro 2008 qualifiers, as well as the entire Euro 2012 and Euro 2016 campaigns.
