The Nerazzurri have lost Milito for at least the next six months after he damaged the anterior cruciate ligament, collateral ligament and capsule in his knee during a 2-0 win over Cluj.
Also absent for tomorrow night’s Serie A game are Samuel, Chivu, Stankovic, Gaby Mudingayi, Luca Castellazzi and Joel Obi.
Coach Andrea Stramaccioni has bolstered his limited supply of strikers with 18-year-old Matteo Colombi from the youth team.
