Inter set price tag for Pinamonti

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Eintracht Frankfurt have set their sights on Andrea Pinamonti, with Inter ready to sell the promising striker for €20-25m.

The 22-year-old has scored 12 goals in 33 Serie A games during his loan spell at Empoli this season. His contract with Inter expires in June 2024 and the Nerazzurri have already received a few calls from clubs interested in him.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the Serie A giants don’t want to part ways with the striker but will be forced to sell if they receive a credible offer for him. The defending Serie A champions could agree to sell Pinamonti for €20-25m and Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt have already opened preliminary talks with the Nerazzurri.

Pinamonti scored a brace against Napoli on Sunday and has been praised by Empoli President Fabrizio Corsi.

“He has quality and has had a chance to play consistently this season,” he told Radio 1.

“Marotta has congratulated us. I hope the best decisions will be made for his future because I believe Pinamonti can become an important player.”
