Inter have reportedly rejected an offer from Zenit St Petersburg for Crystal Palace target Eder.
The Eagles sent representatives to Italy this week to discuss a deal for the Italian international, but he’d prefer to join up with Roberto Mancini in Russia.
However, calciomercato.com reports that Zenit are only offering a straight loan deal, which has been rejected out of hand by the Nerazzurri.
The Beneamata are only willing to sell Eder outright, or loan him with an option or obligation to buy, as a straight loan does nothing to help them with Financial Fair Play.
Palace are believed to be offering a €3m loan with a €7m option to buy, and while that is considered too low by Inter, there is far more room for negotiation than with Zenit.
