According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter remain interested in Giacomo Raspadori and are preparing a swap deal to sign the Sassuolo starlet.
The Nerazzurri want to add more Italian players to their squad after Matteo Darmian, Alessandro Bastoni, Nicolò Barella, Federico Dimarco, Danilo D’Ambrosio, Roberto Gagliardini and Stefano Sensi.
Raspadori is a long-time target of the Serie A champions, but Sassuolo value him at €30m.
Inter’s CEO Beppe Marotta has recently admitted that the Nerazzurri can’t afford big-money moves. Therefore the Italian paper assumes the Nerazzurri would need a swap deal to sign the Italy international.
Sassuolo are reportedly interested in Samuele Mulattieri, a 21-year-old striker currently on loan at Crotone, where he has scored six goals in ten Serie B appearances this season.
Lucien Agoumé, a midfielder on loan at Brest, is also on Sassuolo’s radars, but adding those two players to a swap deal won’t be enough for the Nerazzurri to sign Raspadori.
According to the report, the Neroverdi also expect a loan offer for their starlet, who has only scored one goal in ten Serie A appearances this season.
