Multiple reports in Italy claim Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi is heading to England to complete a permanent transfer to Leicester City.
Sensi is expected to join Enzo Maresca at the King Power Stadium on a free transfer, but the Foxes will pay €2.5m if they earn Premier League promotion this season.
Sky Sport Italia, TMW and Calciomercato.com all report that Sensi is going to England to undergo medical tests and sign a contract with the English Championship leaders.
According to TMW Sensi will soon fly out from Milan’s Linate Airport heading to England.
The Italy international didn’t train with his teammates at the Suning Centre this morning, suggesting that Inter and Leicester City had reached an agreement for his transfer.
Sensi, 28, did work alongside his teammates the day before as the two clubs had not yet reached a final agreement.
Sensi has made three Serie A appearances with Inter this season and his contract at the Stadio Meazza expires this coming June.
