Inter have offered €2m to Arsenal plus a further €6m at the end of the season for Lukas Podolski.
According to Sport Mediaset and La Gazzetta dello Sport, director Piero Ausilio is currently in London for a meeting with the Gunners.
He is believed to have proposed €2m (or €1m in other reports) for a six-month loan of the German international.
There would also be an option to buy at the end of the season for another €6m.
