Lazio made the trip to Club Brugge in the Europa League on Thursday without 12 players, but did not name them or specify that they had tested positive for COVID-19.

This morning, the club released a statement only confirming ‘some players’ had tested positive for COVID, not giving any clues as to how many they were.

In the afternoon, the squad took to the training ground at Formello and reporters took an inventory of who was present.

These included Immobile, Thomas Strakosha, Lucas Leiva, Luiz Felipe and Stefan Radu.

Still absent were Luis Alberto, Manuel Lazzari, Denis Vavro, Gonzalo Escalante and Djavan Anderson.

This is the line-up coach Simone Inzaghi tested in training and which could well start tomorrow.
