RB Leipzig Coach Ralph Hasenhuttl expects “an entertaining match” against Napoli in the Europa League, even without Dries Mertens.
The first leg in the Europa League Round of 32 kicks off at the Stadio San Paolo tomorrow at 20.05 GMT.
“I expect to see an intense match against a strong opponent, but we hope to achieve our objective anyway,” said Hasenhuttl in a Press conference.
“There are players with a lot of quality at Napoli, but fortunately Dries Mertens is suspended. Lorenzo Insigne will make a difference, though.

“There are some analogies between the sides and we have to expect an entertaining match, because Napoli also play a very attacking style of football. Much of the credit goes to their Coach.”
Napoli and above all their fans have made it very clear that Serie A is the main target this season, so the Europa League is considered something of an inconvenience. Hasenhuttl assures the same is not true for RB Leipzig.
“The Bundesliga is very important to us, but so is the Europa League. We’ve got to give our best, no matter if the stadium is full or empty, as we always play the same way.
“Unlike Maurizio Sarri, I like to change the system and the presence of Diego Demme will depend on the tactics we use.”
