Marek Hamsik believes he’s playing some of the greatest football of his career for Napoli so far this season.

The Slovakian is one of the club’s most prized assets and it is no surprise that he is on the wish-lists of some of Europe’s top sides.
“I’m happy to be at Napoli where we are re-writing history,” added the former Brescia youngster. “This is the club who wanted me the most and we still have a lot to do and win.”
The Azzurri’s big objective this season is to win the Scudetto and they are only two points behind leaders and champions Juventus.
“The League table says that we are the anti-Juventus,” he added. “We are close to them after a great start to the season.
“If we continue on this path then we can go far.”
