Gila was teammates with Seedorf at San Siro, but now the Dutchman is the Coach of his former club visiting Marassi.
“It is always nice to remember my years at Milan,” Gilardino told Milan Channel.
“Tonight we are taking on a team in good shape, as they have rediscovered a certain balance in the side.
“Seedorf has done a great job and it’s up to us to put in a strong performance and get the better of them.
“I know Daniele Bonera well in their defence and he has a lot of experience.”
