Gervinho has confirmed that he will return to Roma, after remaining in Africa following the death of a family member.
It was reported earlier today that the Ivorian winger had cancelled his flight back to Rome following a family bereavement after his country’s African Cup of Nations triumph.
Writing on his official Twitter page, the former Arsenal man thanked fans for their support, and confirmed he will return to Italy.
