Atalanta Coach Gian Piero Gasperini hopes his side’s victory over Napoli was the catalyst for a good run of form.
La Dea made a poor start to the Serie A season, losing four of their first five fixtures, but wins over Crotone and the Partenopei have seen the Bergamo side climb to mid-table.

Ahead of Sunday’s trip to Fiorentina, the experienced tactician highlighted the need to continue on the right track.
“Over these two weeks we have worked well, especially on the athletic and physical aspect,” Gasperini told a Press conference.
“After two weeks we are happy to start again.
“We have an important set of games coming up and we’ll try to approach them as well as we can.
“The last match gave us confidence and marked out a path to follow. We are continuing on that.
“The League season is made up of different stages and this is definitely a difficult one. I know that Atalanta do not have a great history in Firenze, but traditions are also there to be broken. Let’s hope it is the right time.”
