Former Milan director Adriano Galliani, now at Monza, insists he will support the Rossoneri’s rivals Inter in the Champions League Final against Manchester City.
Galliani will be in Istanbul on Saturday when the Nerazzurri meet Pep Guardiola’s side in the Champions League Final.
“It will be a difficult game like every Final. It’s hard to predict a winner,” Galliani told Gazzetta before taking off for Istanbul.
“I’ve not become an Interista, I still support Milan but, as an Italian, as a former Lega President, I always support Italian clubs [in Europe], so it would be great for us if Inter win.
“Manchester City are the strongest team in Europe on paper, but I repeat, I think Inter have the tools to stop them.”
The match will be played at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium where Galliani’s Milan lost an epic Champions League Final against Liverpool in 2005, seeing the Reds recover from three goals down.
