The transfer guru was in the stands for today’s 5-1 victory over Legnano and spoke to fans.
He was asked about the latest €22m offer that Roma rejected for 20-year-old defender Romagnoli.
“Well, if we offer so little, then what do you expect…?” he said sarcastically.
As for Paris Saint-Germain striker Ibrahimovic, his return is still on the cards.
“We will wait to see what happens. Ibra is the only one with a licence to kill!”
However, Galliani said fans could forget about seeing Witsel arrive from Zenit.
“No, enough now, the only objective is a central defender. Unfortunately Modic didn’t get his work permit in Switzerland, to the great disappointment of Lugano and Zdenek Zeman. Mastalli will go to Lugano instead.”
