The Tuscan giants are set for some changes in the summer after it was announced that sporting director Pantaleo Corvino would leave the club.

“Could I replace Corvino? I am available to the city,” the ex-Italian international told Canale 10. “If they want to talk then I am available to them.

“I’ve spent three beautiful years with this club and I’ve always said that there are only two teams who I would jump into the fire for – Bologna and Fiorentina.”

The Stadio Franchi outfit have lost four of the last five in the League and are just six points clear of the relegation zone.

Disgruntled fans protested after Saturday’s 5-0 home loss to Serie A rivals Juventus.

“The situation is difficult, the season began with problems and it is ending in the worst possible way,” Galli continued.

“We touched the very bottom with the defeat against Juventus. The only reason to fight now is to avoid relegation.”

Galli, 54, played for the outfit for almost a decade before his 1986 switch to Milan.
