Francisco Conceiçao has arrived at J Medical to undergo medical tests with Juventus.
Portuguese talent Conceiçao is on the verge of joining Juventus on an initial loan deal from Porto.
The Serie A giants will pay €7m plus potential €2m add-ons at the end of the season. There is no option to buy into the deal, but according to Fabrizio Romano, the two clubs are considering drafting a private agreement that would give the Serie A giants a priority in signing the 21-year-old for €30m next season.
Juventus confirmed the signing of another winger, Nico Gonzalez, from Fiorentina, on Sunday evening and remain in talks for Jadon Sancho and Teun Koopmeiners.
