The Giallorossi tactician underwent a molecular swab this morning and tested negative again, he will therefore be in the dugout against the newly promoted side after all.
Fonseca held his usual press conference yesterday but didn’t appear on the team bus that arrived at Fiumicino Airport a few hours later.

La Gazzetta dello Sport reported the Roma coach had tested positive for COVID-19 but the news agency ANSA later suggested director Tiago Pinto was the one who had contracted the disease.
Fonseca met with Tiago Pinto and had to have another swab to be sure it was negative and the Portuguese coach has been given the go ahead to join the squad in Crotone.
