Eriksen starts on the bench against Torino this afternoon.
“[Antonio] Conte is the perfect manager for Inter,” Ferri said.
“He has also improved on a communication level, he has entered the heart and the soul of Inter fans, if he’ll win, he’ll make history. He can make it.”
The 57-year-old did also praise Romelu Lukaku.
“He is a vital player, he will make the difference [against Torino]. He is not only a goal scorer, he is also a leader.
“He had some nice words for his teammates, there aren’t many strikers who are as complete as him. He forms the perfect attacking partnership with Lautaro Martinez.”
The Argentinean, however, is being rested in favour of Alexis Sanchez against the Granata.
